My studio in Idyllwild California is surrounded by pine trees, fresh air and wilderness. My loyal companion, Dora, joins me as I create art in this inspirational environment.  This space was formerly a large garage. A major remodel included digging out a back area to include a kitchen and bathroom. A wood burning stove provides the heat.

Wire racks provide a method to help organize my collections of lace, photos, paper and stuff.  The work table with storage drawers for art supplies was created by mounting kitchen cupboards on a moveable platform.  I never have enough shelves for my numerous books and journals.  The bulletin board is filled with ideas and inspirations.
